Cancellation Policy Effective September 1, 2024
No Call/No Show: If you miss an appointment without notifying me via text or phone call, payment in full for the missed service will be required before scheduling your next appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service price before your next appointment can be scheduled.
Grace Period for Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period for late arrivals can be granted if we have agreed on it in advance. Any time used during this period will be deducted from your service. Arrivals beyond this 10-minute window will be considered no-shows and will incur a cancellation fee.
Exceptions for Emergencies: I understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or natural disasters, may occur. Please communicate with me as soon as possible in these situations, and exceptions can be made.
